Craig Taylor
Managing Director
Craig has had a long and distinguished career in retail, spending almost 20 years at the Coles Group. Coles is Australia’s 2nd largest retailer with 846 supermarkets and over 900 liquor stores across the country.
Craig began his career at Coles in fresh produce before holding a number of senior management roles across the business including heading up the National Bakery Division where he led the transformation of the bakery formats across the business. Craig also spent time in the liquor division as the Commercial General Manager, responsible for the commercial, supply chain and technology strategy for the entire liquor group.
More recently, Craig returned to fresh produce as the General Manager, looking after the fresh produce offer across the country. It was in this role that Craig was able to continue his passion for horticulture and the establishment of long-term supplier relationships.
Craig’s passion for Fresh Produce also saw him serve as a Non-Executive Director of the Produce Marketing Association, Australia (PMA) as well as Secondbite, Australia’s largest food rescue organization who are dedicated to rescuing surplus food from retailers and growers and providing it to people in need across the country.
As Managing Director, Craig is across all aspects of the FT business, with a particular focus of supporting our retail partners to unlock their sales opportunities.

Brett Macey
General Manager
Brett Macey has dedicated his entire career to the food industry. Starting as an apprentice chef, he developed a profound passion for fresh foods, which led him to trace produce back to Australia’s finest growers and support them in delivering their products to consumers.
Throughout his career, Brett has amassed extensive experience across various sectors of the fresh food industry. He has established a large-scale food manufacturing and distribution business multiple sectors including contract catering, airline, retail, food service, mining and the Australian Defence Force. Additionally, he has held the position of Senior Retail Buyer for one of Australia’s largest retailers. Brett is a highly respected figure in the Fresh Produce industry, with expertise in farming, wholesaling, and marketing.
In recent years, Brett co-founded FT Farming Group, providing a platform to connect growers and customers, ensuring access to the freshest and highest quality produce.
As General Manager, Brett is across all aspects of the FT business with a particular focus on delivering the highest quality and service for his customers.

John Domaille
General Manager
John has a long and distinguished career in fresh produce. As a youngster, John was heavily involved in a family run fruit business where they specialised in wine grapes, dried fruit and table grapes. It wasn’t long before John was fully immersed in the industry and began his own path in the industry.
John was particularly passionate about establishing long term partnerships with his growers who soon entrusted John with the marketing of their fresh produce. Over the years, John has experience across most product lines, specialising in mangoes, grapes and citrus.
With a focus on export, it wasn’t long before John established himself as one of the premier exporters of Fresh Produce in Australia. This was both as a sole trader and then on to becoming involved with some of Australia’s largest corporate fresh produce exports.
John is a founding director of FT Farming Group and plays a vital role in supporting our growers on farm, utilising his vast experience.

Luke Macey
Quality & Operations Manager
Luke grew up in Far North Queensland and was ingrained in Fresh Produce from a very early age. When not in school or university, Luke spent most of his spare time on farms throughout Atherton and Mareeba, picking limes, Lemons & Avocados.
Luke completed a Bachelor of Business Management & HR at James Cook University in Cairns after which he embarked on his career in fresh produce as a Graduate with one of Australia’s largest farming and marketing companies.
During his corporate career, Luke gained experience across farming, HR, grower relations, quality management, commercial sales and wholesale.
Luke is now the Operations Manager at FT Farming Group where he looks after the end to end management of our value chain and takes a close interest in all aspects of quality management.

Jake Macey
Senior Sales Manager
Jake, a native of Far North Tropical Queensland, has been immersed in Australia’s fresh produce industry throughout his life. Jake began his career in 2012, before completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing that allowed him to secure a Graduate position at one of Australia’s leading fresh produce companies.
Jake has since advanced through several senior roles within major fresh produce suppliers across the country. Recently, he joined his father, Brett, in establishing FT Farming Group. As the Senior Sales Manager, Jake oversees domestic sales across Australia, as well as a particular emphasis on supporting FT’s retail partners domestically and abroad.
Jake is committed to fostering partnerships and is renowned for his integrity and straightforward approach. His “I do what I say” attitude has earned him high regard among both customers and suppliers. Based at the Head Office in Brisbane, Jake frequently travels to support growers on farms nationwide.

Lindsay Blondeau
Senior Sales Manager
Lindsay Blondeau started his career in 2004 by joining his family’s fresh produce export & retail business where he started at the ground floor, getting a comprehensive understanding of the fresh produce industry. During his time in the business, Lindsay worked across supply chain, quality assurance, export documentation specialist, merchandising and store management, retail buyer and ending with Lindsay being a key member of the export sales team.
Over the years, Lindsay has developed a deep passion for fresh produce, in particular, the export sector, which allows him to utilise his deep partnerships with Australian growers to supply his customers with some of the best fresh produce in the world. Having worked in senior positions across several leading export companies, Lindsay joined the FT Farming Group in 2019 to accelerate and grow the export business.
